BE NATURALLY YOU (BNY ONLINE) utilises Australia Post Eparcel system that is trackable, you will receive an email on the day your package is sent out that will contain a tracking number you can track on the Australin Post website. As a standard delivery we express all packages at a flat rate of $12. Please allow a few extra days for delivery to some regional areas. When you purchase more that 1 item the delivery is calculated by weight and the final cost will show in the payment process so you know exactly what you will be charged. We do not deliver overseas.

Gift Wrapping Please note, Gift wrapping is not available at the moment, BE NATURALLY YOU (BNY ONLINE) hope to have this survice available soon.

Returns Policy Ordering is Easy and Risk Free! BE NATURALLY YOU (BNY ONLINE) is committed to customer satisfaction. If you receive merchandise that you are unhappy with for any reason, simply return it to BE NATURALLY YOU (BNY ONLINE) within 5 days in the condition that you received it and we will free ship your exchange request or issue you a full refund. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON SALE ITEMS. Please allow approximately one week for the processing of your return once received. Your issuing bank may take an additional billing cycle to apply the credit to your card.

For previously purchased items that are now on sale, we will gladly extend a price adjustment to you if the original purchase was within 5 days of the sale offering.

Return of boxed or packaged goods 

If you are wanting to exchange or return boxed or packaged goods, they must be returned to BE NATURALLY YOU (BNY ONLINE) in the original unmarked packaging & in good condition. If the items are being posted back, please ensure you pack them inside a satchel & do not attach anything to the outside of the original packaging. Should the packageing be marked or in unsatisfactory condition there may be a chance that we will not exchange or refund the goods.
